Why Wildernest?
Wildernest Property Management, WPM, was formed in 1973 to serve the Summit County Homeowner. We have grown from a 3-employee company at that time to the largest pure property management company in Summit County. We currently manage 3600 units and 300 rental units. Our growth can be attributed to our strong commitment to customer service.
Our Short Term Lodging department characterized by superior income and outstanding care for your mountain home. Distinguishing features include our strong Internet advertising, careful control of our program size to promote income per unit and ownership of Summit County Central Reservations.
Our Long Term Lodging department is characterized by careful screening of tenants, frequent unit inspections while occupied to promote care of your property, and superior communication.
In the last 30+ years we’ve seen dozens of competitors that could “do it better” come and go. Our goal is to be your last management company.
